EAFE: Europe, Australasia, the Middle East and the Far East.
The fund seeks to provide long-term capital growth by replicating, to the extent possible, the performance of the MSCI EAFE 100% Hedged to CAD Dollars Index, net of expenses.
The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted Index provided by MSCI that includes securities from Europe, Australasia and the Far East, hedged to Canadian Dollars.
The index includes stocks from Europe, Australasia, the Middle East and the Far East.
The investment strategy of the fund is to invest primarily in shares of a U.S. iShares Fund that seeks investment results that correspond generally to the applicable index and to hedge any resulting U.S. dollar currency exposure back to Canadian dollars.

The MSCI EAFE Index is an equity index which captures large and mid cap representation across Developed Markets countries around the world, excluding the US and Canada.
With 914 constituents, the index covers approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each country.
