ETF Overview

The fund has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Cohen & Steers Global Realty Majors Index, net of expenses.

The investment objective of the fund is to invest in and hold the constituent securities of the index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the index.

Key index facts:

The Cohen & Steers Global Realty Majors Index represents the top 75 publicly traded real estate companies in the world.
Candidates must meet minimum size and liquidity requirements, and are selected based on qualitative factors such as market position, management team, financial health and the quality of their property portfolio.
The index attempts to maintain geographic representation proportional to the broader global real estate securities market, while limiting individual allocations to 4% of the total net asset value.
The index consists of a free-float adjusted, modified market capitalization weighted portfolio of securities, calculated on a real-time basis by Standard & Poor's and established with a base value of 100 at December 15, 2006.
Daily quotes and historical prices may be obtained from Reuters or Bloomberg using the index symbol GRM.
