The fund seeks to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the NASDAQ Select Canadian Preferred Share Index.

The index is comprised of select investment-grade preferred shares issued by Canadian corporations that trade on the TSX.

The NASDAQ Select Canadian Preferred Share Index is a modified market capitalization weighted index. The security types eligible for the Index include preferred securities. To be eligible for initial inclusion in the Index a security must be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, be incorporated in Canada, have a minimum median daily cash value of CAD$50,000, have traded for at least 90% of the available trade days in November and December, and have a median daily cash value of at least CAD$50,000.
