ETF Overview

The fund has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (CAD hedged), net of expenses.

The Fund invests in and holds the constituent securities of the index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the index.

The U.S. dollar currency exposure is hedged back to the Canadian dollar.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (CAD hedged) (the "DJIASM") was first published in 1896. Initially comprised of 12 companies, the DJIA has evolved into the most recognizable stock indicator in the world, and the only index composed of companies that have sustained earnings performance over a significant period of time.

In its second century, the DJIA is the oldest continuous barometer of the U.S. stock market, and the most widely quoted indicator of U.S. stock market activity.

The 30 stocks now comprising the DJIA are all leaders in their respective industries.

The DJIA is a price-weighted stock index, meaning that the component stocks of the DJIA are accorded relative importance based on their prices.

The U.S. dollar currency exposure is hedged back to the Canadian dollar.
