The fund has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the BNY Mellon India Select DR Index, net of expenses.
The ETF will gain exposure to the broad Indian equity market by holding a basket of Depository Receipts.
The fund invests in and holds the constituent securities of the index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the index.
The BNY Mellon India Select DR Index is comprised of a select group of American and global depositary receipts traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), NYSE Amex, NASDAQ, and London Stock Exchange which are domiciled in India.
The index weights are rebalanced quarterly.
